Job Description

Understand and accurately follow standard operating procedures

Completion of build operations to the required quality standard
Completion of build cycles within the proscribed TAKT time
Maintain productivity, safety and quality standards during build operations
Work to achieve a good standard of competency and attain full knowledge of production processes
Complete daily TPM and 5S activities as required
Adhere to the Health and Safety at Work Act and Environmental policies
Present a clean and tidy appearance in the workplace, wear and maintain the kit provided
Be punctual for the start of shift and strictly adhere to the proscribed break times
Notify Management immediately of any component or equipment defect
Participate in rotation through multiple workstations and areas being flexible in response to operational requirements
Report snags and positively contribute towards operational improvements using the correct processes

Skills and Experience

GCSE Grade C and above in Maths and English combined with basic PC skills
Must be driven, enthusiastic and capable of working in a team environment
Must be physically capable of performing manual activities working on shift
Experience in a manual production techniques and repetitive cycle processes an advantage
Access to personal transport
The ability to commit to a rotating shift pattern
