Job Description

HR Administrator - MTC

  • Support a broad range of day to day HR transactional activities, relating to recruitment, new starters, induction, pay and benefits, appraisal, absence management, discipline, grievance, payroll, benefits, leavers, etc.
  • Input, update and maintain the HR database, personnel files and other information sources/systems to ensure accuracy of data at all times.
  • Participate in project work as and when required, including support to other HR team members
  • Provide admin support to the Global Mobility team, relating to international assignments
  • Undertake other HR activities as reasonably requested

  • Organised and methodical approach to work
  • Ability to cope with variety of different tasks, on an ongoing basis
  • Good attention to detail
  • Confidential, discreet and diplomatic approach
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills across all levels
  • Good IT skills (MS office), preferably with experience of an HRIS

Qualifications / Experience
