Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide operational and commercially strategic HR advice to internal stakeholders
  • Identify opportunities to support client groups to achieve their business objectives through HR initiatives
  • Proactively manage all ER issues, providing guidance and coaching where necessary, including disciplinaries, grievances, flexible working requests, parental leave processes, etc
  • Provide support to managing absence and liaise with line managers, offering constructive solutions to attendance issues
  • Prepare, analyse and disseminate data such as management information, reports, and HR related communications using a variety of presentation tools
  • Support international HR activities
  • Review HR processes, policies, and procedures for ongoing improvements
  • Participate in project work as and when required
  • Undertake other HR activities as reasonably requested


Person Specification


  • Excellent attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy
  • Ability to create and manipulate data in complex formats using spreadsheets, word processing and presentation software packages
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent influencing, negotiation and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent IT skills (MS office)

Qualifications / Experience

  • CIPD Level 7
  • Solid employment legislation knowledge and experience
  • Knowledge of and experience in working within an international HR environment is desirable but not essential
