Job Description

Accountability/Key Responsibilities

Organise and manage our recruitment systems, liaising with the recruitment team on process and costs, as well as system improvements

Co-ordinate and plan resource needs in collaboration with recruiting managers, taking account of reskilling needs, diversity metrics, etc
Handle recruitment campaigns for apprenticeships and interns
Manage the in-house work experience programme, liaising with local schools/colleges
Manage our in-house online compliance training programme
Co-ordinate and schedule our lunch & learn programme
Administer our competency framework, analysing data and reports
Prepare, analyse and disseminate data such as management information, reports, HR related communications etc. from a variety of data sources using a variety of presentation tools e.g. word, excel, etc.
Participate in HR project work as and when required, as well as undertaking other HR activities as reasonably requested

Ability to prioritise own workload, meet strict deadlines and cope with large volumes of work
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy with good numeracy skills and a confidence to work with numbers and data
Confidential, discreet and diplomatic approach
Excellent written and verbal communication skills across all levels
Excellent IT skills (MS office)          
Able to use own initiative where appropriate
Able to concisely and accurately explain processes and policies to others.
Able to present solutions not just problems.

Qualifications / Experience

Ideally level 3 Certificate in Personnel Practice or equivalent
Proven experience within an HR Officer level role (or equivalent)
Ideally degree level educational background
Demonstrable ability to analyse data and critical thinking
Able to create and manipulate data in complex formats using spreadsheets, word processing and presentation software packages
Knowledge of HRIS system or similar
Knowledge of and experience in working within an international HR environment
Experience of managing own HR projects would be advantageous
