Position Summary:

 

As the Digital Marketing Executive / Manager you will be responsible for digital marketing and online presence including campaign planning, performance and execution for Ricardo Knowledge subscription products and eCommerce website.

 

Essential Functions:

Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns and social media strategy
Maintain the organisation’s eCommerce website in collaboration with web design agency
Execute PPC, and social advertising campaigns, as well as email marketing
Analyse online visitors for digital channels and optimise plan and content
Develop and deliver digital content for website including image creation and video (SEO friendly)
Manage and support creation of marketing communications to customers with targeted email and social media content, including management of customer contacts.
Perform other job-related duties as assigned

 

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or related field
Min 3-5 years of experience performing similar work
Proficient on all key social platforms and web content management systems
Excellent copywriting skills
Ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic and matrixed organization
Demonstrated ability to effectively multi-task
Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel, and Power Point
Proven track record in Digital Marketing & Social Media
Experienced in Google Analytics is essential
Digital Agency experience is preferred
Knowledge of Kentico would be a plus
