Business Analyst with previous experience of working on IT projects
An extremely varied, challenging role in a busy department. Working with an existing team of Solution Designers, Business Analysts, IT Specialists and third-party support companies to support Ricardo business systems; including SAP, SharePoint, Microsoft Project, ChangePoint, Microsoft Dynamics, Business Objects, Power BI & other internal applications.
The role would suit an intelligent, ambitious and energetic individual who is not afraid to get involved, work hard, voice their opinion and move outside of their comfort zone.
In return Ricardo will provide both the exposure and experience that will provide the foundation for future challenging roles. Mentorship for career development will be provided by the Group IT Director.

2nd line support of CRM (D365), SAP (projects) and internal applications
Helpdesk user support
Establishing an efficient collaborative working relationship with the stakeholders, technical teams, delivery teams and third parties
Working with stakeholders to understand requirements with a view to exploit best practices and core features of the processes and technology deployed
Analysing and assessing requirements to identify upstream and downstream system and process impacts to proactively communicate impacts, risks, and solutions to other technology and business owners
Working with stakeholders, developers and across the business to ensure efficient delivery of projects
Working with stakeholders and developers during the development, test and implementation of change to ensure design requirements are met
Providing training material and training users
1-3 year experience in a business analyst role
Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders (internal & external)
Basic understanding of code logic e.g. Python, SQL, Java, MS PowerApps
Excellent presentation and communication skills; communicate confidently and concisely to both technologists and non-technologists
Strong problem solving and analytical skills
Ability to think innovatively
Able to travel when required
Experience of CRM (D365)
Experience of working in an Agile environment
