Ricardo is seeking an experienced Hybrid Cloud and On-Premise Server Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both on-premise server administration and cloud technologies, specifically Azure & AWS.

Responsibilities

Configure and maintain hybrid cloud infrastructure.
Monitor and maintain server performance, security, and availability.
Manage server security, including patches and updates, antivirus, and access controls.
Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration of hybrid cloud and on-premise server resources.
Create and maintain documentation related to server configurations and procedures.
Participate in project planning and implementation related to hybrid cloud and on-premise server infrastructure.

Resolution of 2nd and 3rd line support tickets
Participate in after-hours upgrades, troubleshooting, and/or on-call availability as needed
Working to ISO/IEC 27001:2013 and NIST CSF standards
Any other objectives set for the Technology function from time to time

Experience

Strong experience in hybrid cloud and on-premise server administration.
Microsoft Azure and on-premise server administration, specifically Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP.
Virtualization technologies such as VMware / Hyper-V.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Managing and creating hybrid environments with on-premise Active Directory (AD) and Azure AD.
Creating, maintaining, and monitoring VM deployments in Azure, and managing on-premise virtual environments under VMWare/Hyper-V.
Linux / Powershell.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Certification in Microsoft Azure and Windows Server is preferred.

AZ-104: Microsoft Azure Administrator
AZ-305: Designing Microsoft Azure Infrastructure Solutions

Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate

AZ-800: Administering Windows Server Hybrid Core Infrastructure
AZ-801: Configuring Windows Server Hybrid Advanced Services
